Well that's a nice way to ease yourself into the week. Got to Eastbourne at about 9am and sailed till 11.30 with PaulP and a couple of others. I suspect I missed the best of it - can't believe how early the coast dwellers get out! The waves disappeared for a while at low tide, but there was the odd thing to catch if you timed it right over the rock reef and then they picked up inshore towards the end. Wind increased steadily until I was almost overpowered on my 5m.
